ZeNeRyC by Tekky Synths is a unique and powerful virtual synth dedicated to psytrance.

It uses original OSC waveforms like 2xSaw or a 9 voices detuned OSC to generate the signal.

The OSC signal, after it’s been processed by a multistate filter, and optionally modulated by a pitch LFO, is mixed to the second one and then passed thru 4 short delays to achieve the Haas effect.

At this stage, the signal is sent to the master multipole filter and then to the FX section.

Here, a powerful StepLFO filter modulation, controlled by the master multipole filter envelope, modulates rhythmically the signal which is then sent to the phaser FX, then to the distortion unit and finally to the chorus, reverb and delay processors. All of them have individual by-pass switches, a randomisation option and the capability to be triggered via Control Change.

A flexible and creative sequencer, with randomization options, drives the whole signal chain described above. The sequencer can be toggled between sequencer mode, gater mode or totally by-passed. Saved patterns in the 8 Lock’n Recall memory slots can also be selected by CCs thru a convenient midi learn system.

ZeNeRyC has been developed to work in symbiosis with our bass synth PکYbAsSyX..

The user can save and load sequences and a few other parameters from one synth to the other, and vice-versa. This is a really powerful feature as it enables the user to lock bass grooves and synth lines together. Then, when using the randomisation options, like alter sequence or shift pattern in the sequencer and in the StepLFO modulator, it becomes a real fun to generate new melodies matching perfectly to each others.

ZeNeRyC comes in 3 versions:

1. FREE (free for all! this is the teaser…see the potential hidden in this little toy, then imagine it 10 times wider for the full version. Basic OSC waveforms, plus the 2x SAW OSC, no midi learn on  few controls, no sequence lock with PکYbAsSyX)
2. LIGHT (Same structure as the free version but with the 9 voices detuned OSC and midi learn on all controls, no sequence lock with PکYbAsSyX)
3. PRO (all features)

ZeNeRyC PRO 1.0 features:

• Intuitive random chain operation to create new presets: a total of  9 different random groups have been created to let the user built patches. The patch elaboration can follow the progressive 4 last steps to achieve the end result. Using any of these groups in a different sequence leads to an alteration of the original patch. The last group applies a complete random to the synth:

1.      Individual OSC pitch and waveform random
